With the premiership football campaign coming to a close in the next couple of weeks leading to a three month drought of no football in general with no world cup or Euros this year, I expect a lot of clubs to do business as early as the next few weeks even thought deals officially don't go through until July 1st. Manchester City and Chelsea will have their cheque books out no doubt following United's runaway league success. It's also rumoured Wenger will get a 70 million budget this year, Brendan Rodgers will continue building at Liverpool and Spurs will continue adding to an already gifted squad. I have made a list of the players and managers that according to the media may be on the move.
1 .. The Managers .. it's strongly rumoured Mourinho will return to Chelsea this summer also a rumour flying about that David Moyes may leave Everton.
2 ...Marouane Fellaini ... This will be an interesting one, Chelsea have a strong interest but I expect competition from all quarters for his signature.
3 ..James McCarthy ... already touted as a successor to Fellaini, but he would be a good punt at about 10 million for any club interested.
4 .. Falcao ......... I think he is a dead cert for the premiership with Utd, City and Chelsea all interested. My gut feeling tells me Chelsea but watch this space.
5 ...Rooney .......... Strong rumours persist that Rooney and the godfather (Fergie) may part company. Will someone make an offer that Fergie can't refuse ..?
6 .. Stevan Jovetic .. It looks like Arsenal are close to his signature. He will be a great signing for Arsenal and also the Premiership, very gifted young forward.
7.. Victor Wanyama .. This strong box to box type Celtic midfielder is tipped for big things, great performances against Barcelona in the Champions league this year.
8 ..Kevin Strootman ... whoever buys this midfielder from PSV this summer will get one hell of a midfielder, ..are you listening Fergie ..???
9.. Asmir Begovic .... A fine international keeper on the market, comes with a hefty price tag as well.
10..Andre Schurrle .. Looks like an early done deal for Chelsea. Strong midfielder from Leverkusen. I hope he gets a run in the team and not just a novelty buy.
