How do you like your steak cooked? Rare, well done, or somewhere in between?
I remember reading somewhere that for some people, when they are very young, they prefer a well cooked steak with no redness, but as they get older, they tend to prefer it a bit more red on the inside.
It's kind of true for me. When I was young all my meat had to be well done with no hint of red. Now as I am older, while I still do not like rare meat, I can tolerate some pink inside the meat. I might make exception for the famous kobe beef.
But I usually order medium well for steaks. Hamburgers always well done (some non fast food places actually cook your burger to your liking).
