I will be a first time condo buyer soon. My main objective is to buy and rent out. I have a budget around 2.25 mil baht. But I did not want to make any financial moves of this size without checking with the guys who have lived it. I would really appreciate anyone posting do and donts on this matter. Any mistakes they made. Some good old step by step instructions would be great. Here are some questions I have up front but like I said feel free to add more.
Buy thai or foreign?
Which ones rent easier studio or certain sq. meter size?
How often will they be rented out?
Are they profitable(are you happy with your investment)?
Involve third party or not?
