I find I have trouble sleeping in pattaya, don't have a problem in the uk. But with the traffic, noise & humidity I sometimes have a real problem. This never used to be an issue as I'd go to a chemist on soi buakhow & buy some manex. These were great a perfect nights sleep & no drowsy ness the next day. Last trip (jan) I went to make my usual purchase (10 for 1month). As manex was so readily available I'd never even thought it might not be legal, I asked the pharmacist & just got a "no hab". Anyone know of a good replacement or if I maybe able to buy at another place? Any help greatly appreciated.
