I am not trying to advertise Phnom Penh as a travel destination. The past few years there has been clampdown after clampdown and the action is pretty tame compared to Pattaya or even Angelese. It has more and more become a locals place, you need to know where to find the action and once found, it can be cheap and good. But as others have mentioned, the girls are not as business like and in a way are sweet.
This my favourite girl at the moment, she comes over and stays for $7.50 (230 baht). Now I should mention most of these girls live in shitholes you wouldn't even house your dog in. So I get a number of calls from girls just wanting a decent room and bed for the night. Prices to them become somewhat irrelevant. BUT I always pay to keep it on some kind of business footing.
