PATTAYA – May 31, 2013 [PDN}; At around 02.00 AM, Tourist police officers were informed by an Italian tourist that he plundered by a Transexual prostitute. The Italian was identified as 27 year-old Timo Demetz. He brought CCTV footage as evidence of incident. He told the tourist police that his possessions were stolen after he had slept with Transexual.
After he had informed the Tourist police and Pattaya police officers, police were able to identify and find the suspect. The transexual suspect was arrested in front of a restaurant at Walking Street.
When police arrested the Transexual, police found out that Transexual was only 15. Police then ordered the 15 year-old suspect to lead the police to his apartment. Police then found the stolen items including his shoes and mobile phone. Police were also able to seize money in different currencies.
Initially, the suspect confessed that he did plunder the Italian tourist on May 29. He said that he met Mr. Timo at a bar in Walking Street, he then asked Mr. Timo if he wanted to sleep with him. But as soon as Mr. Timo fell asleep, the suspect immediately plundered his possessions, he then fled the hotel where they were sleeping at. The 15 year-old suspect will now be prosecuted by the Pattaya City police.
