I am travelling to Pattaya for the first time in a few weeks. I have read advice that one should never pay a bar girl up front for a 'long time' night. I have also read that you should negotiate the time that she leaves the next day.
How do you raise these issues without appearing rude? Are the girls used to hearing 'terms of trade' or do you have to dress up your conditions in some way in order to not cause an icy response?
